When Do Chapters 4 and 5 begin?
The 4th chapter becomes available on December 14th, at 2 am UTC for Web and 5 am UTC for Facebook! At the same time, the Treasury becomes available.
The 5th chapter becomes available on December 18, at 2 am UTC for Web and 5 am UTC for Facebook! The Treasury is still available and active till the event ends.

Are there New Event Tasks in Chapter 5?
Chapter 5 does not have any additional tasks, events, or activities.
The "Guardians in a Half-Shell P.4" event and tasks last 8 days, instead of the previous Events and Tasks only lasting 4. For example, the "Login" task has "Log in 8 times during the special event."
What is the Treasury?
From the official Guardians in a Half-Shell Ninja Turtles Blog:
This event takes place during the 4th and 5th Chapters. At the Treasury, you can use Treasury Tools to open vases with various rewards.
You can get Treasury Tools during the event Season and from special offers. The grand prizes in the vases include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' Soul Stones, red artifact fragments, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Coins.
