To be clear, the below spreadsheet IS NOT from the Tournament of Power, it's from another Hero Wars Dominion Era Event. However, the Emerald Value per Item is the same as every event, and I'm just showing this as a reference.

My Best Suggestion: Absolute Artifact Chests
Each set of 5 Absolute Artifact Chests in the above shop spreadsheet is worth 900 emeralds at the best value.
A Hero Resource Chest contains three absolute artifact chests, totaling 540 emeralds.
Overall Chest Value
Using this math, the best-case value for a Hero Resource Chest is approximately 540 emeralds per chest. For easier calculations, you can round it to 500 emeralds if preferred.
Calculating the Value of an Avatar
Account avatars are purely cosmetic, but they are limited time only. They DO NOT add any power to your titans or heroes.
