This is a Hero Wars Mobile specific event, and it will last for 3 Days.
Tasks:
Login 3 Times
Spend Energy (8000 max)
Spend Emeralds (40,000 max)
Buy Emeralds (25,000 max)
Rewards:
All tasks will reward Artemis soul stones, with the exception of "Buy Emeralds;" this task will reward you with roughly a 10% return on your Emerald purchase.
